About the Tunisian Crochet Basketweave Stitch

Free Tunisian Crochet Washcloth Pattern – Basketweave Stitch!

Basketweave crochet stitches create a woven, textured look that’s both classic and modern. In Tunisian crochet, this is achieved by alternating stitches to create raised and recessed sections, mimicking the look of a woven basket.

This washcloth pattern includes three variations of the basketweave stitch, each using a different combination of Tunisian crochet stitches to create a slightly different effect.
