I’ve actually bought this book three times! Not because I keep losing it, but I’ve gifted it twice to family and I kept one for myself.
I haven’t made any of these designs, but I used some techniques and stitches taught to create my own patterns.

I was SO excited when this book showed up on my doorstep. I’ve wanted to crochet some house plants to add to my real plant collection because why not?!
The designer has done such an incredible job of taking real plants and turning them into beautiful and fun crochet creations. Her patterns are easy to follow and her pictures are stunning. They just make me happy!
I plan on making the snake plant first because I actually killed my real snake plant, which is supposedly super hard to kill. I’m a high-achiever over here!
After that, I’m moving on to the cactus. I’ll have a crochet garden in no time and will be sure to share some pictures with you.

Even though this book is not specifically about crochet home decor, I added it to the list because it teaches many basic stitches and techniques for creating your own projects. It’s called the crochet Bible for a reason!

Here’s another book I added to the list that isn’t just about home decor but instead features tiles upon tiles for you to turn into your own crochet masterpiece.
This book is incredibly satisfying to flip through. Not only are the designs beautiful, but they got this crochet granny square adverse crocheter to start mapping out some crochet pattern ideas with them.
Having a pile of so many granny squares to stitch together scares me, so I’ve stayed away from them. But I plan on creating wall hangings and pillows, which have fewer squares and don’t seem so intimidating.
